I looked for a local florist and chose The Posey Pad because of its location and the ease of online ordering. I ordered the Designer’s Choice arrangement and upgraded to the Deluxe option to celebrate someone special in my life. Delivery instructions were followed exactly, and the flowers arrived on time. I also received a delivery notification from The Posey Pad, which I really appreciated. I’ve ordered through some of the larger flower delivery websites before, and I don’t remember receiving that notification. The only thing I would have loved is a photo of the finished arrangement before or at delivery, though I understand that may not always be feasible. The recipient sent me a picture after they arrived, and the arrangement was absolutely beautiful. The flowers were fresh, vibrant, and thoughtfully arranged with a gorgeous mix of colors. I genuinely felt like I received exactly what I paid for. I would definitely order from The Posey Pad again.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
